Key Responsibilities:
The Laboratories and Quality Control Section ensures product quality through physical and chemical testing at all production stages, from raw materials to the final product.
Section Components:
* Four Main Laboratories: (ASU):
- Equipped with the latest devices and technologies for precise material analysis and testing.
- Conduct regular tests to ensure compliance with international standards.
* Testing Procedures:
Periodic Testing:
Materials are tested at least once every hour during production to ensure continuous quality.
Final Product Analysis:
Random samples are taken from the final product for analysis.
Samples are tested in laboratories approved by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals to ensure compliance with global specifications.
* Objectives:
- Ensure products meet international and local standards.
